Shillong, March 28: The Traffic police of the Shillong City today clamp 18 vehicles near Grotto for double parking which let to traffic jam on the area.
The police said that people should understand and obey the traffic rule, any violation they will not be spare who may be. The police has colleted a fine of Rs.9000 rupees.(SP News)
