Nongpoh, May 03: The Ri Bhoi Police using the latest technology available with them to detect the criminals who are involved in the robbery from the SBI at Umiam Branch have arrived to same clue and the police is hopeful they will arrested them.
The Superintendent of Police of Ri Bhoi District said that the robber have use gas cutter and they have tried to cut the safe but they could not, from the amount that was in the safe which is around 71 lakhs they dit not managed to take the money that is in the safe they get only Rs.1.5 lakhs.
From the investigation the people who try to robe the are around four to five person, from the clue that they have collected the police is very much on the move to arrest the culprit.(SP News)
