Shillong, Nov 29: The District Police claim that they have managed to break through on the arson case at Bishanapur with the arrest of the three KSU Members today from Shillong and Nongstoin.
The Police said that after the incident of the arson case at Bishanapur the three KSU Members Peter Lyngkhoi 26, of Lawsohtun, Readystone Nongrum 23, the general secretary of the KSU Lawsohtun Unit, and Shemphang Nongkynrieh were absconding and two were arrested from different place.
The police said that, Peter Lyngkhoi 26 was arrested by the Nongstoin police , while Readystone Nongrum 23, Lawsohtun Genenral Secretary of the KSU, Shemphang Nongkynrieh 27, KSU members Circle are all from Lawsohtun were apprehended from the Sumo from the elephant falls junction while coming from Nongstoin at 4 Pm.
The police said that the arrest of the two others is base on the integration from the arrest of one of the members which let to the arrest of the two others. The arrest of these three KSU Members were link to the arson case at Bishanapur on the 16 of this month.(SP News)
