Shillong, Feb 20: On 16.09.2013 the Police and ANTF Staff raided the rented house of Smti Lalthazuali Ralte and 2 grams Herion was recovered from her possession and the same was duly seized.
In this connection a case vide Rynjah PS case No. 105(09)2013 U/s 21 NDPS Act was registered and investigated into and accordingly, the case was Charge sheeted against the above named accused person.
During the course of trial, the Honorable Court of Special Judge, (NDPS) Shillong found the accused guilty U/S 21 NDPS Act and accordingly convicted the accused Smti Lalthazuali Ralte to 6 (six) Months imprisonment vide Court order dated 18.02.2014.
