Shillong, Oct 20: The president of India Pranab Mukherjee tomorrow on his arrival to Shillong will address the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly at four o’clock in the afternoon. According to the programmed he will address for one hour.
The Speaker of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly AT Mandal told SP News Agency that the president will address the House at four o’clock, and according to the schedule he will address the house for one hour.
Indeed it s an honoured that the president of the Country will address the House. These will be the second time that the president of India will address the house. The first president who address the house was former president Dr APJ Abdul Kalam when Martin M Danggo was the speaker.(SP News)
