Shillong, July 5: The Regional College of Physical Education, Panisagar, North Tripura invites application for admission to lYear B.P.Ed course for the year 2013-14. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent fiom any recognized University. Preference will be given to candidates having ‘physical education’ as elective subject in the Bachelor’s Degree.
A candidate must not be over thirty years of age and not less than 19 years on the date ofadmission. Relaxation is made in case of deputed teachers up to 40 years and incase ofcandidates of outstanding ability up to 35 years. Candidates will have to produce a certificate of medical fitness in the prescribed format from a registered medical practitioner.
A candidate having proficiency in game and sports will be given preference at the time of admission. Last date for admission is on 15th of this month. Detailed information can be obtained from the Directorate of Sports & Youth Affairs, Meghalaya, Shillong.(SP News)
