Shillong, Oct 28: The principal of the St Edmund Higher Secondary School file the first information report with the Laitumkhrah Police station that four to five unknown miscreants come to the school compound asking one of the students to come along with them.
According to said that today at around 8.30 am in the morning un known people approached Pynksan Syiem son of Manbha Dkhar of Mawlai shillong the student of class 12 St, Edmund higher sec school these unknown person told the boy that his father met with an accident and asked him to come along with them.
The boy at that time he was standing near the school library.The boy did not go with them sensing something fishy. He left the spot on pretext of going to the toilet and managed to reached the school office and managed to report the school authority .
On hearing what the boy has inform the principal lodged the first information report with the Laitumkhrah police station as a case of attempt to kidnap has been register the police is still investigating the matter. (SP News)
