Shillong, Dec 18: Mr Blosswel Lyngkhoi, Myntri of Ngunraw village lodged a complaint at Mawkyrwat Police station that on the 7yh of this month , one person identified himself as “Hynniewtrep” sent him a letter in which he threatened the complainant and two Executive Members of the village.
The others two members of the executive committee are Stre Nongmar and Stet Iawphniaw. In the letter the Hynniewtrep asked these traditional head to resign from their respective posts on or before the 20th of this month, if they did not comply with the death line set they have to face dire consequences.(SP News)
