Shillong, May 22: Thma U Rangli Juki (TUR) and Garo Students Union (GSU) East Khasi Hills, is holding a MEMORIAL MEETING tomorrow the 23rd May 2014 at 5 pm at Khyndai Lad for 18yr old Mr. Balsan S. Marak, whose custodial death is unacceptable and a blot on the history of Meghalaya.
The two organization urge all citizens to join the memorial meeting to condole the death of Balsan who lost his life in the hand of the authority.(SP News)
