Shillong, Jan 19: The United Democratic Party (UDP) is sending two of it’s MLA Dr Jemino Mawthoh and Mr Titus Khyne to the national capital to put complaints with the government of India on the subject politician and militant nexus in the state of Meghalaya.
The UDp have taken strong note on the bin spill by the Chairman of the ANVC(B) Mr Rimpu Marak that they have link to the Chief Minister of Meghalaya Dr Mukul Sangma. The UDP has taken up the issued in their party and they will be leaving for Delhi to compliant with the central government.
Former Deputy Chief Minister Mr Bindo M Lanong told SP News Agency that the party have decided to sent the two MLAs of the party to go to the National Capital to take up this issued with the central government. The two MLA will be leaving Shillong tomorrow.
The Chief minister in the recent press conference clarified that he has no link to the militant as alleged by the Chairman of the ANVC(B). The allegation against him is baseless and all malicious just to tarnished his image.(SP News)
