Shillong, December 29: The people of Shillong this time has witness that the road condition in and around shillong is in bad condition, many road which the PWD has stated black topping also suddenly they stop and no one knows what is the reason.
The Road from 
few month back the they have stated black toping this road on the left side and the work was done in great speed but suddenly the work was stop till date this road is one of the worst road in the shillong City.
Sources from PWD said that black toping for this road is sanction from the special central Scheme but the reason for stopping the work suddenly was known only to the higher up. Official from PWD also saying that this time road condition in Shillong city is really bad. (SP News)
