Shillong, July 23: The Vice president of the Hills state people Democratic Party (HSPDP) the MLA of Nongkrem Constituency Mr Ardent Basaiawmoit question the government of Meghalaya why they are keeping mum when the Assam government sent the police force to dismantle the school building at Sabuda village in Ri Bhoi District.
The Nongkrem MLA said that the government of Meghalaya has not issue any sing of protest about the action taken by the government of Assam in dismantling the school building which is sanction by the state government.
The MLA from Nongkrem appreciate the people of Sabuda village who firmly stood against the atrocities of the Government of Assam. From the HSPDP will leave not stone unturned to highlight the problem face by the people living in the interstate border with Assam.(SP News)
