The KSU Delhi unit promptly help young boy from the state who collapse in Delhi Airport

Shillong, Jan 29: The Delhi Unit of the Khasi Students’ Union (KSU) extended immediate assistance to a young boy who collapsed in Delhi and was found in a critical condition. Upon receiving information, members of the KSU Delhi Unit promptly reached the spot and took responsibility for ensuring his safety and medical care.

Despite the boy’s family having already lodged an FIR with the authorities, the concerned officials handed over the entire responsibility of the matter to the KSU members once they arrived at the scene. The Union members subsequently shifted the boy to the hospital and ensured that he received timely medical attention.

Following his discharge, the boy has been accommodated at Meghalaya House in Delhi, where he is currently safe and awaiting the arrival of his family from Shillong, who are expected to take him back home.

KSU Delhi Unit President, Marbiang Khongwir, expressed her gratitude to Dr Arshan Khongwir for his timely intervention and support at the hospital, which greatly assisted the Union in managing the situation and ensuring proper care for the boy.

The Khasi Students’ Union reaffirmed its commitment to standing by members of the community in times of distress and extending all possible assistance to those in need.
