Shillong, November 24: The Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Jaintia Hills District has informed the general public that all the current F. P. Dealers and S. K. Oil Retailers of East Jaintia Hills District will end on the 30-12-2016. Interested applicants or Societies of East Jaintia Hills District who are willing to apply for F. P. Dealers and S. K. Oil Retailers for the year 2017 can submit their application in the office of the Deputy Commissioner (Supply),Khliehriat.
Forms are available in the office of the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat during office hours.
Other enclosure in the application includes Court fee stamp – Rs. 25/-, Extracted Resolution of the Dorbar Shnong, List of Members of the Vigilance Committee, Photo copy of EPIC, Bank Account No., Two recent Passport Size photograph and Mobile Phone No.
All the Dorbar Shnong or Local Club are requested to be vigil in recommending the application to avoid from disruptive distribution of essential commodities or S. K. Oil. The Waheh Shnong or Secretary Shnong should be aware that the applicant is having a good godown and also financially sound. Last date to submit the application is on the 15th December, 2016. An application which does not follow according to the above terms will be rejected.
