Shillong, November 07: Little Flower Secondary School crossed another milestone of dedicated service towards spreading education to the students of the state by celebrating their fifty years of existence at the school premises on Wednesday.
Addressing the Golden Jubilee Celebration as the chief guest, Meghalaya governor Ranjit Shekhar Mooshahary stated that the biggest achievement to be celebrated would be to mould the character of a student to be honest, truthful and innovative person in future.
He called upon the students to inculcate civic sense and also to spread the fragrance of humanity, kindness and service. Besides, Deputy Chief Minister Bindo M Lanong congratulated the achievement of this milestone and shared his experiences with regard to the establishment of the school.
He also said that students should be shaped with right kind of education which later on will imbibe with wisdom, knowledge and ccourage to survive in this world. Meanwhile, the governor released the souvenir, golden Aroma of Fragrance at the occasion.(SP News)
