Shillong, May 21: The Executive Engineer (PHE), Electrical Division, Mawphlang has informed that due to the proposed shutdown by MePDCL for carrying out R & M works at 33/11KV Mawphlang Sub-station on 21.05.2019 and preventive maintenance of Greater Shillong Water Supply Scheme will be taken up by the Department during the period.
There will be no pumping of water from the Scheme w.e.f 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As a result, normal supply of water from the Scheme will be affected on 22.05.2019 and inconvenience caused is regretted.
