Shillong, Nov 19: The Deputy Commissioner, North Garo Hills District has informed all concerned that seized coal at Kharkutta Police Station, North Garo Hills will be put to auction and interested parties/individuals may submit their application in plain paper by affixing court fee of Rs. 1000/-.
The last date of receipt of application is 22.11.2019 upto 3:00 PM and will be opened on the same date and time in presence of bidders/tenderers/their representatives.
The interested persons or parties may inspect the off-loaded coal from the site at any time or Assessment Report submitted by District Transport Officer in the office of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office during office hours before bidding.
The office will not be responsible for over assessment or under assessment of seized coal at dumping site. Detailed information may be obtained from the Deputy Commissioner’s office, North Garo Hills District, Resubelpara.
