Shillong, March 03: India’s ace Olympian Gymnast, Padmashree Dr Dipa Karmakar accompanied by her Dronacharya awardee coach, Shri Bishweshwar Nandi, visited the ongoing Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC) of NCC Cadets at Agartala today.
Addressing a vibrant gathering of NCC Cadets belonging to various educational institutions across Tripura, the Coach-Disciple duo shared their invaluable sporting experience with the young Cadets and motivated them to adopt sports and physical fitness as a way of life.
They appreciated the invaluable exposure being provided to the youth of the State by NCC and expressed their willingness to impart basic training to the potential gymnasts among the NCC Cadets of Tripura in future.
