Shillong, July 26: The Government of Meghalaya has notified the allocation of Districts to the Cabinet Ministers for undertaking a systematic and periodical review of the various flagship programmes, namely, MGNREGS, PMAY, NSAP, SSA, MDM, ICDS, NHM, NRDWP, TSC/SBM, PMGSY, AIBP/PMKSY and RKVY. This was informed by the Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, Programme Implementation & Evaluation Department.
Deputy Chief Minister, Shri Prestone Tynsong has been allocated the District of East Khasi Hills, Shri James P K Sangma, Minister at South West Garo Hills, Shri A L Hek, Minister at West Garo Hills, Shri. S Dhar, Minister at Ri Bhoi, Shri Comingone Ymbon, Minister at East Jaintia Hills.
Shri. Metbah Lyngdoh, Minister at North Garo Hills, Shri. Lahkmen Rymbui, Minister at West Khasi Hills, Shri. Kyrmen Shylla, Minister at South Garo Hills, Shri Banteidor Lyngdoh, Minister at East Garo Hills, Shri. Hamlet Dohling at South West Khasi Hills and Shri Samlin Malngiang, Minister at West Jaintia Hills District.
Minimum one meeting per quarter is to be held in the Districts allotted to the Cabinet Ministers in the year 2019-2020.
