The two days concert was sponsor by the state government through the district administration to defied the 36 hours bandh call by the proscribe militant the HNLC. The music lover of Shillong defied the militant dictad.
In the two days concert thousand of people from the vicinity of Khyndailad and people who have their own vehicles rush to Khyndailad to listen to various band who perfume in these two days concert.
The SP News Agency saw that minister like the Urban Affair Minister Ampareen Lyngdoh, PW Minister Sniawbhalang Dhar and parliamentary Secretary Ngaitlang Dhar at the concert on the first day and the Chief Minister himself visited the concert on the last day today.
