Shillong, Sept 28: Mr Satya Pal Malik , the Governor of Meghalaya has expressed his heartfelt condolences on the passing away of Dr. B B Dutta , a celebrated former Parliamentarian, academician and a much loved philanthropist who breathed his last yesterday .
He was a pioneer of various institutions like the Sri Aurobindo Institute of Indian Culture, Shillong and Asian Confluence , Shillong which promoted multicultural ethos and intellectual and spiritual enlightenment .Hon’ble Governor offered his sincere condolences to the bereaved family.
