Shillong, Oct 04: The BJP in the Meghalaya State has decided to contest the bye election from the 47-Rajabala Assembly Constituency, the party has received two application where the party has decided to forwards the name Mr. Kingstone B Marak who si also vice president of the BJP of West Garo Hills District.
Meghalaya will go to the bye election in the three Assembly Constituency, that is 13-Mawrungkeng, 24- Mawphlang and 47-Rajabalam where the party has decided to contest only in one seat that the in Rajabala in West Garo Hills District.
The Meeting was chaired by the state president Mr. Ernest Mawri and was attended by the National Vice President who is also incahrge Meghalaya Dr.M.Chuba and Mr. Sanbor Shullai Minsiter government of Meghalaya.
