Shillong, Oct 30: A book entitled “Ka Thup Spah ki Poetry Khasi” written by Wanstep Diengdoh will be released on November 2, 2020 (Monday) at 4 pm by Chief Executive Member of Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council, Titos Chyne at the conference hall of KHADC.
The book which is a collection of poems written by Diengdoh contains poems on nature, Khasi heritage, the name and fame of Sohra since time immemorial and its past, present and future.
Mr. Diengdoh is the founder and principal of Sohra Academy Secondary School. Born and brought up at Sohra, he was known for his contribution to education in the area.
