Ballistics Expert from Assam submit report to the Rajkhowa Commission

Shillong, November 08:  Two ballistics experts, Shri M Talukdar and Shri M Sharma  from the Assam Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) who undertaking the examination of the three bullets that extracted from the body of Late Shri Fullmoon Dhar who die at the encounter with the police after the Shillong Jail break in 2009.

Smti Agens Kharshiing said that, in the submission made before the Justice (retired) SP Rajkhwa commission the two ballistics expert inform the commission that from their examination they found that one out of the three bullets has been damage. The arm that was used is not a country made but it is a USA Made. The commission will also sit tomorrow for cross examination of  Shri R A Sangma sub-Inspector.

To recollect Shri Full Moon Dhar escaped from Shillong jail on 31 may 2009 and on the next day, Dhar was killed in an encounter and the others were re-captured.(SP News)
