Bangladeshi migrant nabbed by the BSF

Shillong, November 07: The Border Security force posted at Umkiang in East Jaintia Hills District nabbed three Bangladeshi while they were trying to infiltrate into Indian Territory near BP No. 1329/9-s.

The names of the Bangladeshi that was nabbed by the BSF are Md Bakiruddin, Ansul Haque, Abdul Khalikand Abdul Rehman. All are from the village  Sonarkher  Sylhet District of , Bangladesh.

During preliminary questioning, the apprehended BD nationals revealed that one Bangladesh namely Md Sukur Ali 40 years ot the village  Bhalukmara of shyllet District is the main man who was facilitating their trans-border movement, however he managed to flee back into Bangladesh territory.

All the above mentioned Bangladeshi illegal immigrants intended to go to the Coal quaries in Khlerihat coal mine areas Distt East Jaintia Hills. Apprehended persons have been handed over to concerned department for further disposal and legal action as per law of the land. (SP News)
