Shillong, Sept 17; The vice president of the KSU Fredrick Karmawphlang in the press statement issue to the media today said that in the emergency meeting of the NGOs has taken the decision that the bandh on the 2oth has been reschedule to 12 hours from 24 hours.
The Bandh will commence at 5 am in the morning to 5 am in the evening. The NGOs has taken this decision since the request has come from all section of people. People who are going for the wedding should tide balloon in their vehicles.
In the press statement the NGOs blame the government for all these turmoil that the state has to face. The NGOs has not been mislead by any one but the government who force them to go for agitation. The stragule they take is for the better of the future. (sp news)
