We will leave no stone unturned to bring normalcy in the coal belt area: A Mawlong

Shillong, December 12: The Deputy Commissioner of the South West Khasi Hills Mr Aldus Mawlong said that the top priority of the District Administration is to bring normalcy in the coal belt areas of Borsora. The district administration will leave no stone unturned to bring normalcy in the coal belt area.

Speaking to SP News Agency the Deputy Commissioner said that they are reviewing the situation every day, additional forces are deploy in the area to neutralizes the   militancy activities in that area. The administration is aware about the situation the Superintendent of Police is personally taking stock of the situation.

From his level as the deputy commissioner he has convince the meeting to see haw to develop the road in that area, he has also finding out ways and means to have mobile towers so that communication in the area will be easy.

Since the office of the District Transport officer has not been set up in the district, he is taking the help of the staff of the West Khasi Hills District to check the overload truck in that area. The administration ia planning how to stop the overloaded truck.(SP News)
