Shillong, Oct 21: The Joint Director of Health Services (SS), Civil Hospital, Shillong has informed that a male patient named Arjit Kumar, aged 50 years, C/o Lawsohtun Block-4, Shillong was admitted in E.E.W, Bed No. M2, on 23.09.2024 at 1:11 PM. The patient expired on 21.10.2024 at 9:22 AM.
All concerned relatives, etc are requested to collect the dead body from the morgue of the hospital within a period of 3 days from the date of issue of the notice failing which the dead body will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
