Shillong, Jan 05: The premier student union of the state the Khasi Student Union (KSU) alleged that something is wrong in the extension of the Chief Secretary Mr WMS Pariat for another six month in service.
The Genenral secretary of the KSU Auguster Jyrwa in the press statement issued today said that the union is against the extension of the services of the Chief Secretary as announced by the state government, his extension has denied the promotion of others officer who are in the queue.
The KSU question the government is their no qualified officers to take up the post, or is their anything wrong that the government want to hide by extending the chief secretary services by sixth month.
The KSU said that any person who has reached the retirement age should not continued in their services since it block the promotion of others who were at the lover rank. (SP News)
