Shillong, April 08: The Branch Mananger of the Meghalaya Cooperative Apex Bank Ltd., Tikrikilla Branch of West Garo Hills District Mr Abdul Sikh lodge a complaint with the police that on the 28th March 2017 he has received an SMS from unknown person at around 2.32 pm demanding Rs, 20 lakh.
In the SMS the demand was from him and his staff, this unknown person also threatened them who are working in this bank with dire consequence if they fail to pay the amount. The police has taken up the matter for investigation to nap the culprit.
