Shillong, Feb 25: The people of Meghalaya has vote on the 23 of this month to elect it representative to the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly for the next five years but from the voting trend show that there will be no political parties will get absolute majority.
In spite of the band call by the band out fit HNLC people comes out willingly to caste their vote according to their choice. The total turn out is 88.06%. Nartiang Constituency witness the highs turn out and the lowest is the ShillongNoth.
In the government formation the National People Party (NPP) will be the king maker in government formation. Either side the NPP will take the government will come. The claim and counter claim will be the UDP and the Congress any party that will get the support of the NPP will form the government.
Others smaller parties like the HSPDP, and the Independent will play a vital role in the government formation. (SP News)
