Shillong, Oct 18: All State Government offices, Revenue and Magisterial Courts and Educational Institutions in East Khasi Hills District shall remain closed as Local Holiday on the 2nd November, 2023 on account of Nongkrem Dance. This was informed by the Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, General Administration Department.
