Shillong, June 16: Mr Sanbor Shullai MLA hold a meeting cum inspection with the residents of entire Rilbong, Kench’s Trace and New Kench’s Trace Area on Saturday to oversee that the implementation of local area development scheme initiated and recommended by the local MLA are implemented .
After the meeting Mr Shullai inspected various localities under 19th South Shillong Constituency accompanied by member’s of Dorbar Shnong and Members of Seng Kynthei, Local NGO’s, Official of PWD, PHE, Municipal Board, MePDCL, Police and Traffic Police and Members of MCIC 19th South Shillong.
During the inspection various local issues like regular collection of Garbage, non-functioning of street light, regulation of road side parking and No- Parking of vehicles has been discussed and official of various department has assured to extend their full co-operation regarding the welfare and interest of the general public.
Mr Shullai as the MLA at the end of the inspection has announce that an amount of Rs. 31,00,000/- under SUWP Scheme 2018-19 and 2019-20 has been earmarked to implement various kind of developmental activities for the interest and welfare of the general public of Rilbong ,Kench’s Trace and New Kench’s Trace Area.
