The 181 Bn BSF organized civic action programme at bordering Villages SGH District

Shillong, April 11: The 181 Bn BSF Meghalaya in its efforts towards ensuring wellbeing of bordering population, organized Civic Action Programme at bordering Villages Baigunkona Sibbari, Dumnikura and Namchapara South Garo Hills District today.

During the programme BSF distributed various needful items like Water purifiers, stationary items, dustbins, cycle, solar lights etc to the children and needy villagers of bordering villages. The program was attended by a large number of people from the local community who appreciated the noble efforts made by BSF.

Another civic action programme was also organized by 193 Bn BSF at bordering village Rajai district South West Khasi Hills, in which various essential items like household, sports, computers etc. distributed among villagers. The helping hand extended by BSF was hugely appreciated by local population.
