Shillong, March 23: One of the hardcore militant who is operating in East Garo Hills Mr Raksim Ch Momin know by his nike name Arikam 22 years today surrender before the police of East Garo Hills District in the presence of the Vivekanand Singh Superintendent of Police.
Mr Raksim Ch Momin joint the GNLA in the year 2012 and in the year 2013 along with some cadre left the parent organization and jointly founded the new militant outfit ASAK along with Reding T Sangma. During the surrender church leaders and family members were also present.
