Shillong May 16: The Students’ Affairs Committee of the Martin Luther Christian University today organized a DJ Hunt Competition in the University campus, in which students from across the different departments of the University participated in.
Five students participated in the competition were Chandabiang, Martin Medhi and Franky Wanniang from Department Computer Science, K. Lalruatkima from the Department of Environment and Traditional Ecosystems and Meyusapong from the Department of Tourism and Travel Management. The Committee informed that there will be two winners for this competition and they will both get the opportunity and platform to perform at the Grand Finale of the University Week, “Aurora 2017”
The participated all performed for a 10 minute set and the winners were decided by the crowd present during the competition. After all the performances, the audience were asked to give their loudest cheer for the DJ of their choice, and it was a unanimous win for the two DJs, Chandabiang from the Department of Computer Science and Meyusapong from the Department of Tourism and Travel Management.
