Shillong, August 27: The Government of Meghalaya in view of the floods that occurred in Nepal ha set up helpline number for any information is being sought regarding persons from Meghalaya who may be missing or uncontactable in Nepal.
The family members, relatives, friends, travel agencies and tour operators and members of the public having information regarding any such person are requested to contact the helpline and emergency contact gedicated Helpline: 6009924512, emergency: 112 / 1070, CM connect: 1971
Callers are requested to provide, as far as available, Name and age of the person, Contact number, Address in Meghalaya, Last known location in Nepal, Date and time of last communication, Name and contact details of the family member and informant.
