Jowai. 18th January: With the enforcement of the Model of Conduct for the upcoming Elections to the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly, the Deputy Commissioner of West Jaintia Hills District has put on hold all matters relating to Fete or Lucky Draw or Mela and other entertainment activities till the election process is over.
