Shillong, Nov 27: Malki CC defeated Riatsamthiah SC by 7 Wickets in the NEC Platinum Jubilee Cup T-20 Cricket Tournament organized by Shillong Cricket Association. Riatsamthiah scored 132 for 9 of 20 overs. Wallam John scored 33 of 37 balls. Prolin and Akash took 3 wickets apiece. In reply, Malki CC scored 133 for 3 of 18.5 overs. Banpynshngain scored 70 of 49 balls while Aiborlang took 2 wickets.
In the second match Miracle CC Garo Hills defeated Lawmali CC by 17 Runs.Garo Hills scored 140 for 6 of 20 overs. Sengbal Sangma scored 65 runs of 59 balls while Basu Chettri took 2 wickets. In reply,Lawmali CC scored only 123 for 7 of 20 overs. Balbo Marak took 2 wickets for 22 runs.(SP News)
