Shillong,Feb 05:This is for information of the general public that the SSA state education mission authority of Meghalaya is providing textbook for the distribution to lower primary and upper primary school children of the Government and Government schools in Meghalaya.
For Lower primary ,textbook to be provided are English ,arithematic creative expression and AHPL for class 1 and class II,English ,Arithematic ,creative expression and environment studies for class IIIand class iv English(2nd language )mathematics ,science and social science for class v.
For upper primary ,textbook to be provide are English (2nd language)Mathmatics ,science, and social studies for class vi and class vii ,mathmatics ,science and social studies and hindi for class viii.
All above listed book will be supplies free of cost within comment of academic session i.e 15 feb 2014 and should ba collected from the respective office of the blocks.
Any of th school not willing to accept the textbook may inform their respective Deputy inspector of school will ahead of time.(SP News)
