Shillong, April 09: Today Banpyrkhat Langstieh who hold the rank of the lieutenant in the band outfit the Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council known as Pyntengen surrender himself before the Superintendent of police East Khasi Hills Shillong.
The police said that Mr Banpyrkhat joint the outfit in the 2001, from the police department is questioning him about his involvement in anym crimes.(SP News)
