Shillong, Oct 07: Hame Shaniah Suiam, Gold Medalist in Point Fighting and Silver Medalist in Kick Light of below 57 kgs event at the X Diamond Cup WAKO World Kickboxing Cup 2019 held in Anapa Russia being felicitated by Mr Banteidor Lyngdoh, Minister Sports and Youth Affairs Meghalaya along with Lorenzo Pearson Warjri, Founding Member & Hony. Working President, Meghalaya State Kickboxing Association (MSKA).
Meghalaya State Kickboxing Association appears to be the only Sports Body in Meghalaya to have brought the highest no of 127 medals since August 2017 till September 2019. So far MSKA Kickboxers have brought 41 gold medals, 28 silver and 57 bronze medals altogether in the events of cadets, Sub-junior, Junior and Senior’s Categories.
Altogether, MSKA Kickboxers have brought 11 International medals and the first amongst the first to bring 3 bronze medals for NEHU at the All India Inter University Games 2019.
