Shillong, Nov 18: The Government of Meghalaya, in a notification issued, has ordered the creation of Namdong C&RD Block in West Jaintia Hills District, Meghalaya, with immediate effect. This was informed by the Principal Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, C&RD Department.
Namdong C&RD Block in West Jaintia Hills District shall comprise of the villages of Namdong-A, Namdong-B, Mynkhnang, Umjalisiaw, Lumrot, Madanrtiang, Thadmukoh, Khonsaro, Kremmyrsiang, Thadmynri, Mynkrem, Khliehriat, Iongsnieh Takhniang, Saphohwaiong, Sanaro, Pdeiniadaw, Pdeniaw-musiang.
Ringkyrtein, Moobakhon, Nongthymme, Mookjat, Moorap, Ksehrynshang, Kremlabit, Nongmulieh, Khanduli, Rudumplu, Umshangiar, Saitsama, Tamu, Shiabnai, Lakaroi Pnar, Mukoiram, Lad-Myngngor, Pdeintaloo, Lumlakhiat, Lapangap, Myngngor, Myn-I and Rtiangsanphew. With this creation, the above listed villages will cease to exist in their respective earlier C&RD Blocks.
