Shillong, August 09: The BJP Meghalaya State Unit said that the Public Distribution System in Meghalaya is not up to what people expected. The people in the rural areas are not getting any benefit from it.
Speaking to SP News Agency, the publicity secretary of the BJP Meghalaya state Unit Mr Dipayan Chakraborty said that Sugar is an essential commodity from the people but how this Congress let government at the centre does away with.
Reacting on the government decision to do way with the levy sugar he said that the government should increase the quota but sad to see that the Congress Government has entrust these mater to the state government which the government of Meghalaya will not be able to it.(SP News)
