Shillong, June 13: The Urban Affair minister has assured the Police Bazar Welfare Assocaition (PBWA) that beautification will be completed by the end of June this month.
The Headman of Police Bazar Mr SL Singhania said that the Minister in the Joint inspection that have carried out between the, Urban Affair minister, PWD Minister ,Home Minister with the PBWA recently the minister has assured them that the work will be completed by the end of this month.
Mr Singhania said that the progress of the work is very slow and they are doubltfull that they will complete by the end of this month. He also lamented about the quality of work which he said “It is not satisfactory”.
The derange system and many others things that the pedestrian can see with their own eyes. The PBWA is contemplating to sent the reminder to the urban affair minister if the work is not completed as per the assurance that she has made.(SP News)
