Shillong, Feb 03: Many people has appreciate the step taken by the election commission in setting up flying scout, but many people question weather the enforcement agency will monitor round the clock to check cash distribution.
Many people while speaking to SP News Agency in unanimity said that to proof cash distribution during election is very difficult and at the same time if they where got what action will they take.
Many people suggest that the commission should use it power to have a random checking to all vehicle at night so that in order to check transfer of money from place to place in any constituency.
Though the election commission asked the public to cooperate in checking the used of money power during election it will be difficult to check unless the commission enforce it machinery which is available at their disposal.(SP News)
