Shillong, May 01: The Secretary of the Jaintia Cement Manufactures Association (JCMA) Mr S K Rai said that they are not against any NGO’s they where there for Business if there is any grievances they are ready for talk to solved any problems.
All the companies who where there in Jaintia Hills they are doing lot of social services to the local people, and the aims and objective of all companies that they should maintain their cordial relation with the local people.
Speaking to SP News Agency over phone Mr Rai said that they are ready to withdraw the FIR if they come forwards for discussion. The JCMA has also request the Deputy Commissioner of East Jaintia Hills to call for the tripartite talk to solve the issued.
The General Secretary of the JCMA said that what has promoted them to file an FIR because the FKJGP Jaintia Unit they forcefully shutdown their cement plant and stop the transportation. But in spite of the FIR they have filed,if the FKJGP come for forwards for talk they are ready to withdraw it, said Mr Rai. (SP News)
