Shillong, June 19: The District Administration, East Khasi Hills, informs all candidates appearing for the NEET (UG) Re-Examination, 2026 on 21st June 2026 that a Union Minister is schedule to visit PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya, EAC Headquarters, Upper Shillong on the same day.
In view of the VVIP visit and the associated security arrangements, traffic movement along certain stretches of road leading to Upper Shillong may be regulated, which could result in temporary traffic congestion and delays.
Therefore all NEET (UG) candidates allotted to PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya, EAC Headquarters, Upper Shillong as their examination centre are advised to reach the centre well in advance of the reporting time mentioned in their admit cards to avoid any inconvenience.
Candidates are also advised to plan their travel and carry all documents required for entry into the examination centre. The District Administration is taking all necessary measures to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination and seeks the cooperation of all concerned. Issued in public interest.
