Shillong, June 10: The last twelve years of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi led BJP Government at the center has been a story of transformation, stable growth across sectors, fast paced economic progress, peace and a North East focussed developmental agenda thats truly unprecedented.
To celebrate and honour this administrative transformation, brought about by the Prime Minister’s absolute determination to make India a developed country by 2047, Meghalaya BJP organised an all faith prayer meeting at the party office in Bivar Road.
The prayer meeting started with a Christian Hymn which was followed by a Niamtre prayer led by Smt Sumitra Laloo. Verses from the Holy Quraan and Sanskrit Hindu slokas were also recited.
The prayer sessions ended with Chief Spokesperson Shri Mariahom Kharkrang reading out Verses taken from 1 Kings Chapter and Romans Chapter of the Holy Bible.
All prayers were aimed at seeking the Almighty’s blessings for the Prime Minister, the Government and the people of India so that the country continues to progress, enjoys uninterrupted stability and stands at the head of the league of nations under Shri Narendra Modiji’s dynamic leadership.
The meeting was graced, amongst others, by BJP MLA Shri AL Hek, state President Shri Rikman G Momin, and Shri Sagar Rayka, National Vice President BJP OBC Morcha and former Member of Parliament.
