The Union Cabinet for CEA, has approved subsidy for phosphatic and  potassic fertilisers 

Shillong, Jan 12: While inaugurating the Fertiliser Association of India on December 7, Union Minister Dr Mansukh Mandaviya said that the government has facilitated various agreements and MoUs between Indian Fertilizer companies and foreign suppliers to ensure stability in fertilizer supplies to our farmers.

Hence, taking concrete steps in the direction of AatmaNirbhar Bharat, the Indian Government recently introduced the “One Nation One Fertilizer” scheme under which Urea, MOP, DAP and NPK will be sold under the uniform Bharat brand to bring uniformity in the quality and brands.

During this event, the Minister also informed another initiative introduced by the government called “Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samriddhi Kendras” which intends to convert all retail fertilizer outlets of about 3 lakhs into single window service centres for the farmers.

Along the lines of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas the country is spearheading a movement of collective growth that takes into account the sustainable development of the global village.
